Lawyer, member of the Portuguese and Romanian Bar, has been managing farmland portfolios for the last 10 years. He initially came to Romania with a Portuguese company, developing a greenfield farm business up to 18.000 ha in operation and EUR 20M turnover. In the last four years, he has been managing one of the biggest portfolios of farmland for an institutional fund of EUR 300M.
Civil Engineer with large experience in construction project management, technical assistance and construction supervision. During the past 10 years, he has been involved in several engineering projects (agribusiness, industrial, renewable energy and real estate –housing/office and commercial buildings), mastering the practices of project development and EPCM. Previously, he collaborated with a top engineering company, acting as regional manager for Eastern/Central Europe, with particular focus on Romania, Poland and Italy, while globally assisting the business development of the group in the renewables energy field.
Master in Corporate Finance, with a strong focus on strategy and organizations, has accumulated a significant experience on the environmental, energy and construction business. With more than 17 years’ experience, he developed his skills through several reference companies as CFO/Business Developer.
Economist and Finance expert, with 15 years of progressive experience in finance and operation management, with strong background in Finance and an international experience which covered markets from Western and Eastern Europe, United States and Africa. He has played key leadership roles of Chief Financial Officer working on large operations, providing business financial advisory, preparing growth plans and developing strategies. He has outstanding professional achievements running complex financial verticals of >100 M Euros/year.
